Q: Where is your office or store located in the Philippines?

A: Currently, we don't have an office or store officially located in the Philippines.

Q: How long is the shipping?

A: Since items will be shipped overseas and will be handed locally by our third-party provider, shipping will take 7-14 working days. Shipping delays might occur due to Holidays and unprecedented inclement weather.

Q: What are your payment options?

A: You can pay via GCash, PayPal or Credit Card

Q: I don't have a PayPal account, can I still pay via Credit Card/Debit Card?

A: You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay at Paypal with your credit card/debit card

Q: How do you ship locally (Philippines)?

A: Since we don't have an office in the Philippines, we use a third-party warehouse provider in the Philippines to send the products. Our third-party provider primarily sends the orders via LBC.

Q: How much is the shipping?

A: We have a flat rate of 200 PhP for shipping within the Philippines. Shipping charges are waived when you purchase more than 5,000 PhP.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

A: We currently don't offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option as of the moment but we are working on it with our third-party provider in the Philippines
